I never write bad reviews but jeez, I spent over $200. The pedicure I got was cut too low and felt pain for weeks after. The manicure and acrylic job was unprofessional. The guy was uncomfortable with cutting cuticles so was left undone and 4 out of 10 nails weren't even straight. I was on my way to a family reunion and had to get them redone when I got to the mainland. Was super bummed.

I've been a customer here for years and always been impressed. Last week I was a walk in for a pedicure. Rather than tell me there was nobody available right then (to be expected) she apparently tried to rush me through before another client who had an appointment. Not knowing this, I paid for the deluxe that is supposed to include a massage. It was the most shoddy job I've ever had and after a few days, the polish started chipping off. I am so disappointed.

Professionail is the only place I go for 17 years now. Cindy and Sam are the greatest. They feel like family. I wanted my acrylic nails removed this time and have a short clear manicure. Cindy did such a great job
