Had an agent come to my house and start the insurance process. Had to message them multiple times to put a tarp down until roof could be repaired/replaced and it didn’t even help. They would ghost me and I had to pry for updates. Even called the main office number and no one will return my call… guess they didn’t want my business. Don’t waste your time
