Jonny was great, very knowledgeable answered all my questions and alleviated pain almost instantly!
Friendly, supportive, and knowledgeable team! Jonny supported me through my rheumatoid arthritis diagnosis. He helped me find shoes best suited for my feet and gave me exercises to improve my foot health and reduce pain. Within a few weeks I was able to walk without pain and resume swing dancing! 💃🏻
I had a great experience with Jonny. I came to him about 4 weeks out from my half marathon with a lot of pain under my foot and could barely run 100m after a solid 6 week training block. The treatment, exercises and home remedies he gave me were extremely helpful and allowed me to recommence my full training within about 1-2 weeks, which was unbelievable really.
