I would give this company and Butch Kohn ZERO STARS if it would allow me! I will NEVER RECOMMEND this company or Butch Kohn's services to anyone. He didn't show up at the agreed upon time for an appointment and then when we had to call him an hour after the appointment time, he said he thought it was a different time. We rescheduled for him to come out again and 15 minutes before he was due to be here, he sends a text message saying he couldn't make it.
