I was diagnosed with Dry Eye Syndrome few years back. I was hoping to finally find someone to help but I am just so disappointed with the clinic of Prof. Watson. The reception and nurses are super nice , but I paid over $300 fee and Prof Watson might have spent 5min with me, max? All the work was done by her team, not her. I was offered to get the serum eyedrops. Prof Watson was meant to sign paperwork for me, send me to blood donation and then send me updates on the drops. None of that ever happened. Unfortunately I found Professor Watson to have a consistently cold, dismissive approach - after seeing a new doctor, it turns out she failed to inform me of various medical treatments which could have helped my condition. Staff are currently withholding my own medical records from me with no explanation other than "it's our protocol" despite me following their instructions and giving written and signed consent. Currently having to take this to the Information and Privacy Commission NSW.

I have been a patient of Prof Watson for many years involving many visits in the management of my glaucoma and other occasional less significant vision issues. Contrary to some of the negative reviews, I have never experienced anything less than absolute professionalism in my interactions with this Practice and with Prof Watson.

Whilst Professor Watson may be an expert in her field, I will never know because her time management of patients is so poor, I decided to walk out after waiting for 1 hour and 40 minutes. There is no communication from office staff (I had to approach them to enquire what was taking so long). Then I was misled and told I was next in queue when I was not. And tactics of having someone ask if you wouldn't mind completing 2 questionnaires in an attempt to time waste is blatantly wrong. Your time is no more precious than anyone e... read more
