Beware of scam "housekeeping" charges stolen from your security deposit even though apartment was left in broom swept clean condition. Also A/C was out for 2 weeks in July in Phoenix; a $300 credit was the best they could do but this did not even cover the portable a/c purchased as well as a service call to assess the issue. Inside the unit it rose above 95 degrees on each of these 14 days, what a nightmare! Contacted Paul multiple times about the scam charges and did not even receive the decency of a response.
