Great place to donate. Hanah is awesome, very professional and does her job very well. Christian ia a great guy. I'm going to miss Isaiah and Nick. But, everyone there are very personable, and great people. Great place to donate.
Nick, who's been there since I've been going is definitely the best person ever!
They are terrible at taking care of deferrals and getting back to people that leave a voicemail, you have to call multiple times in order to talk to anyone
They’re okay, but they come up with excuses that make it hard to donate, which is frustrating. I’ve never had these issues anywhere else. Their communication is poor—they use a third party for calls and never return messages. Overall, I’m not impressed.
