Their website claims: “we can inspect your home within 24 hours of your call”. This is just not true. I submitted a request online and got an automated email saying someone will reach out. No one did. I emailed as a follow up. Someone did reach out, apologizing for the delay in response and asked to schedule time to speak more about our problem. Jon responded to my inquiry very quickly and came to inspect in person, within 48 hours which I really appreciated. He was very knowledgeable and while my issue didn’t end up being mold I know who I will be calling if I ever do have it! Highly recommend!
