I had windows installed several years ago soon after heavy rain came along with leaks to my kitchen window, which was fixed in a timely manner, but now I tried to pull a window in to clean it, and it broke. Great company with amazing baths!
First they messed the order and put in for wrong windows, I had 3 different guys come to keep remeasured. It took almost a year hear from them so I was frustrated and decided to forget it. They then show up stating they have the windows made! If I didn't take them they would report me to credit bureau. So I arranged for them to come and install them, paid more then what the original guy quoted me. They left a small mess in the rooms. The windows are just as bad as my old ones. ProEdge was here earlier in the month to replace 6 windows in our downstairs addition. Two gentlemen (a father and son team it turns out) were the deliverers/installers. Both from Ukraine and neither very good with English. The son, however was very adept at using the translation app on his phone and communication was very smooth after that.
