First they messed the order and put in for wrong windows, I had 3 different guys come to keep remeasured. It took almost a year hear from them so I was frustrated and decided to forget it. They then show up stating they have the windows made! If I didn't take them they would report me to credit bureau. ProEdge was here earlier in the month to replace 6 windows in our downstairs addition. Two gentlemen (a father and son team it turns out) were the deliverers/installers. Both from Ukraine and neither very good with English. The son, however was very adept at using the translation app on his phone and communication was very smooth after that. Of all the window representations that visited my house this week, this company presented as professional and respectful of my home/pets/ and boundaries. Some other sales reps can’t even tell you about their windows and come with tools that don’t have batteries. My rep was well prepared and informative, and enthusiastic about their personal factory owned product! I had them do my front living room window… outstanding job! The technician was done in about two hours. He never stopped and took a break. Just did a fabulous job, now I have them coming back to give me a quote on my sliding door.. I almost forgot the salesman was top shelf as well. What a great guy!
