Every time you try to call them nobody ever answers the phone. The only person I ever talk to was Jessica through text ,I ordered a 20 year pin and three other items that I got for 20 year service from the city of Lincoln got the three items the pin was not in the box. It was on the packing list though. Called Jessica to try to get it replaced, was no help not impressed with this organization whatsoever.
Jessica is the BEST! We needed a large number of koozies for a last minute work event in less than a week and Jessica made it happen. She was quick to respond, professional, and just great to work with. Thanks for saving the day! We will absolutely work with them again for any future needs.
We ordered car magnets and discovered some were missing. We contacted Jessica who arranged with the production dept to make the missing magnets. We had them in our hands in 1 week! We appreciated their customer service, promptness and high quality product!
