The people are so nice here and they make the studies easy to understand and enjoyable.
I just went in for the initial screening and had to take my 1yo son with me, everybody was very nice and cool about it, the screening was done in a timely manner, they even worked out a time that would work for me that specific day and they were also extremely courteous and friendly .
messaged me very late on a Sunday, for no reason, i never inquired for information on their products. i asked "what?" when i got the message cause i was confused as to who was sending me this long message, only to get another automatic text sent completely disregarding my previous message
