Highly recommend never using this company , called for a Dryer vent cleaning , Christine upsold me to get a package for $150.00 which I was totally fine with , No email with confirmation price on her quote she gave over the phone , Just her raspy voice insuring me about what a good deal I’m getting. After the work gets completed she sends a bill over $300.00 and threats me with collections . I paid for the price I was givin , I highly recommend sending Christine to business classes
Rare find! The two gentlemen that came out today were scheduled to do a full house duct cleaning. After a tour of the house, they wanted to check and see if I even needed a whole house cleaning. Turns out the ductwork barely had any dust in them and they did not recommend wasting money on a full cleaning. I asked if they would mind just cleaning the vents around the house, which they kindly did at a significantly lower price! I would HIGHLY recommend this company for their professionalism and HONESTY!!
This company provides excellent customer service. They arrived ten minutes before the scheduled appointment, were very friendly, and promptly answered all of our questions. I thought it was a nice touch that they gave the children rubber ducks. They truly went above and beyond in terms of service.
