Rare find! The two gentlemen that came out today were scheduled to do a full house duct cleaning. After a tour of the house, they wanted to check and see if I even needed a whole house cleaning. Turns out the ductwork barely had any dust in them and they did not recommend wasting money on a full cleaning. I asked if they would mind just cleaning the vents around the house, which they kindly did at a significantly lower price! I would HIGHLY recommend this company for their professionalism and HONESTY!!
This company provides excellent customer service. They arrived ten minutes before the scheduled appointment, were very friendly, and promptly answered all of our questions. I thought it was a nice touch that they gave the children rubber ducks. They truly went above and beyond in terms of service.
I would definitely recommend this company, I was running behind to get home to let them in and they were very punctual/patiently waiting for me. They were very nice and got to work right away, cleaned all the vents and the vent covers and we added on the dryer as well. The job took less time than I expected as well and they did awesome!
Never had my ducts cleaned before and I'm glad I chose to hire these guys. They were very helpful moving furniture around and dealing with pets. Will hire again.
