We recently had our roof replaced due to Hurricane Helene. I was really hard finding the right contractor for the job. In our search, which took weeks, we finally found the right company. Prodigy was #1 on the list after speaking with several other companies. This company is professional, reliable and dependable. I had Chase install a new roof about 4 years ago. I have water damage in one corner now. It looks to be due to incorrectly installed flashing. Now, no one will call me back or come check out the issue. I have tried to contact them for months by phone and email. Guess Chase doesn't stand behind his work. Sad because I liked the guy.
