The only place I will ever go to get a tattoo done. I’ve been a customer since 2010 and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences every time. The shop is very clean and the staff is extremely friendly. I don’t feel like a customer, I feel like I’m part of the family when I go. I had trouble with getting my jewelry back in after losing a ball and happened to stop in and they helped me a few weekends ago. I don't know about tattoos.....yet lol but what I saw looked good.
I’m about 3 weeks out of getting my tattoo from Big Ern. I had been in touch with a few different tattoo shops prior to getting in touch with prodigy ink. No other artist could quite capture my idea of my tattoo just right. However, Big Ern was quick to respond to my inquiry even late at night. I was booked the next day. Love this place! The atmosphere is cool and laidback.
We went in tonight for my man to get a cover up that we previously came in and got an appointment for. Once we got there (early) they proceeded to tell us Ern was not there. Then, was told the receptionist called us to reschedule, which did not ever happen. Very bad managing, especially when we were fixing to spend the money that we agreed on. We will definitely not be back.
