Awful customer service.... I had an appointment and when I got there I was told that Billy was running an hour and a half behind so Brandy told us that we could stay and wait or run some errands so we decided to leave and she said she would call us when he was close to being done. An hour and a half went bye and I called up there and spoke with Brandy again who said Billy was still not finished and she would call me later to let me know when he was done, at that point I told her I wanted to reschedule because it was already ... read more
