As someone who has been collecting Cards for quite some time and being a local to Palm Beach County, it’s always good to see a local card store that has fair prices good deals and quality staff. I found some really good Pokémon cards that were vintage as well as new production cards for bargains that couldn’t be surpassed and some more collectible vintage cards for a very fair market price. I placed a pre-order for an EB03 booster box, but my order was canceled without any clear explanation. The only reason provided was “unforeseen circumstances,” which was vague and unhelpful. I reached out via email to request more information, but never received a response. This lack of communication and unexpected cancellation makes it difficult to trust this site, especially if you expect to actually receive the items you pre-order.
I can't speak for how their shop is in person. However, the online side is NOT RECOMMENDED. I purchased a preorder from them which was about $200 Overpriced from rest of market and 5x the price of MSRP. I understand that the purchase was on me so when I reached out to cancel the order since they haven't even packed it, I understood the 10% restock fee (which honestly is steep being that they haven't even started packing anything).
