I had a really disappointing experience trying to attend a Pokémon prerelease event here. A few days before the event, I called the store because it was my first time attending. I asked if there was anything I should know beforehand, and the employee told me the event was beginner-friendly and that I should simply arrive early to make sure I got a spot.
