Prodigy Capital is a very well known and highly acclaimed Real Estate company in South Florida, with a vast portfolio of beautiful homes. They are more than fair, especially to their customers, and also contractors that they work with. Chris and his team are experts in this space, and their renovations were the reason my wife and I found the home of our dreams. My experience with them has been nothing short of professional, and I am very satisfied with my home purchase. They have my highest recommendation.
My wife and I bought a house from Prodigy and every window was installed incorrectly and leaked. There is a major leak in my kitchen where it sounds like it is flowing across the ceiling. Major damage is being done to my property. You hire people who do not have a clue what they are doing. I'm having to spend thousands and thousands of dollars for repairs and rework. DO NOT BUY A HOUSE FROM PRODIGY.
