Came to do my hair, asked for platinum highlights and loved the result.
Celina and Laura do a great job. My last color and cut was done by Celina. It was amazing however she did not write notes in my profile so when I came in again (3 or 4th I had been in) no one remembered what was done. Laura seemed to do a great job on my hair however the color she put on was different than the previous coloring. I’ll update this after washing and styling my hair my hair. Absolutely NEVER COMING BACK. The chemicals they use destroy your hair, cheap bleach just as the customer service, unprofessional and if you complain about it they respond like if they did a good job or it is an easy fix. I feel robbed.
My hair color is a catastrophe. If you're looking to utterly destroy your hair color and leave a salon feeling devastated, then this hair salon is your place! I went in, hoping for a vibrant, even color that would refresh my look, and I left with something so horrific, I'm genuinely considering wearing a hat for the foreseeable future. The "stylist" seemed to have absolutely no concept of color theory or even basic mixing.
