Great experience purchasing 2 x Sena Outrush 2 helmets. Dom was helpful making sure we got the right helmets. The sizes we needed were not in stock and sourcing and delivery was excellent. Interesting my wife and I were both more comfortable to wear a size up. Always good to have a great experience. Unfortunately raining today so tomorrow will have to be an excuse for a ride day
Brent was amazing, I brought a BMW s1000r sport ex demo unseen and had it delivered interstate. He organized everything, the bike arrived on time and in perfect condition, even the after sales service was spot on, Brent was so helpful. I would definately reccomend Procycles
Purchased a brand new M1000R through Brent at procycles Hornsby, he was very helpful throughout the whole process.
Was threatened with intimidation and violence over a misunderstanding relating to payment of $29.00 for a pink slip at the Hornsby service centre.
Disorganised and rude "service" department marking recalls incorrectly as completed, blaming customers for issues they/BMW caused and overall lacking professionalism. Avoid.
