Disorganised and rude "service" department marking recalls incorrectly as completed, blaming customers for issues they/BMW caused and overall lacking professionalism. Avoid.
BMW spare parts department was awesome to deal with. Prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. Had all the parts in stock at a fair price. Packed and on their way to me in Brisbane promptly.
