Just after 13:30 I found myself on the side of the M1 with a completely flat tyre puncture and a poorly maintained (by me) repair kit. I thought I was proper ducked. As a hail Mary I gave Procycles Hornsby a ring and despite the roar of semitrailers howling past managed to convey I needed picking up and tyres. I highly recommend the service department if you’re keen on getting ripped off. I’ve had a great experience with the sales team, but service team terrible... Took my bike there a few times and every single time they charged way more than they quoted for a 2 years old bike.
Update. With a response to the owner. You were also involved in this. I was advised of other items that had a certain percentage of life left. I told the workshop to check the whole bike over as I was going away. Could have advised that the oil was low, as you did for other items. TPI oil does not get topped at every fuel stop. And it should have also being checked prior to your “test ride” as it would have been low then.
