Long wait, then you take your chances. Went to the Orleans shop for several years. If you're not fussy most of the time you will get a decent cut. But my last one was so bad, and seemingly on purpose, I will never go back. After asking me how I wanted it, (I had cuts from this same person several times), I said, "I trust you, you're the artist.
