I took my dad's mower in for warranty work. I didn't have even have any trouble finding the counter. Despite the fact that the repair was done on time, my elderly dad forgot to pick it up for three months. When I went for the mower the owner was very cordial and the repairs were well done. The engine runs like it was new. I highly recommend this business.
This is the WORST small engine repair store I've ever seen.. They are VERY unprofessional. I walked in and I had to find my way to the counter around all the scattered broken tools. Everything was just thrown everywhere. If that wasn't bad enough they had a cat laying all over they keybord for the computer and the printer. I have had my repair there for over 2 months. They said that it would be done within 3 weeks and I've called several time to try to find out what the deal is and they tell me the parts not in yet, but afte... read more
