These guys put a mark on my renters history for no reason. Have tried to reach them for the last 4 months and they will respond to an email about once a month but it is a useless email. I called their collections and I owe them nothing. They don't answer the phone ever. I have told them numerous time that they are preventing my family from moving into a new place but they don't seem to care.
