I reached out to Keith’s Plumbing Service under recommendation from a neighbor after having a catastrophic issue with my sewage backing up into the shower. From the get-go Keith was honest and straight forward, breaking down the problem and solutions for me. Horrible. Could not diagnose a recalled circuit on a 2011 Trane unit that a competitor did in a 2 min phone conversation(after they could not figure it out ). Then sent me a high bill. Crooks!
My children's toilet overflowed and I had a huge mess on my hands. I called Proctor Plumbing and 45 mins later they were at my door. Both men were extremely nice and after they fixed the problem they took extra time to test that my toilet was working well and gave me advice on what to look for just in case my children mess it up again and I'll be able to catch it early and save myself the horrible cleanup. :) I will recommend them to everyone!!!
