Gotta say wow and 5 Stars so far for this Doctor Proctor at Arizona Dermatology in Bullhead City, Arizona. Nice guy, very pleasant demeanor. 8:30 AM appointment, was called in at 8:30 AM. Quick assessment with the doctor's assistant, and Doctor Proctor came in just a few minutes later. Diagnosed and quickly identified the issue, took care of business and immediately alleviated the pain that I was suffering. Now waiting for biopsy report due in about 10 days. Great staff up front. Tons of experience; very helpful & thorough
My kids and I have been seeing Dr. Bill Anderson for dermatology for about 20 yrs now. He's very knowledgeable...really knows his stuff!! He cares about you as a person and truly wants to help you. He has a great personality (even put up with jokes from my kids). I know of several other people who see him, some for cancer, & they all agree how wonderful he is. I highly recommend him to anyone that has dermatology issues or problems with skin cancer.
Hands down the best staff and doctors in the tri state area in the field of dermatology
Dr. Proctor, you're losing money due to incompetent office staff. Waited 1 1/2+ hours for scheduled appointment, and then just to play games had the nerve to say they called me when I stepped out for a few minutes. This falls under delay of care. I suggest to anyone try Arizona Skin Care. Give this office some competition in the area. Maybe they'll learn customer service.

Besides the fact that his office is close to home, I would drive to see them. They are all professional, the office clean, and mostly, they treat you like a person and not a number. I feel so comfortable and secure that I am in good hands and would recommend them to everyone.
