Great service and very attentive. They answer my many questions about gas and their products! We have used them for our propane stove and living room propane heater. We hope to switch to propane for our complete heat needs, in part due to the great, friendly service!

We bought a VT Castings Grill in 2015 and the igniter stopped working. The company has a 10 year warranty but no longer manufactures grills. Proctor Gas was unable to help us with this even though they were the ones representing and selling these grills. Not happy having an expensive and useless grill on our deck. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
