Dr Stetter was great I was in this area on vacation when I became ill. I was told from a family member that the doctor at this walk in office was rumored to be good although young. I called and was able to be seen right away. I was happy with the office staff they were considerate of my needs and quite helpful. The doctor was professional and thorough. He was able to help me. I will go back if the need arises again.

Walked in both times I have been to the clinic, fairly early into the day & was seen and diagnosed within 40 minutes. Everyone in the office is friendly & very thorough.

I waited nearly 45 minutes after being told an hour when I said I was on my lunch break. After that time, I was told it would be an additional 90 minutes at least to be seen. Needless to say, I left without being seen and had wasted my lunch hour. If you're going to advertise being a walk-in clinic, maybe consider being one. Or at the minimum being honest with potential patients. I asked if I could make an appointment and was told I could make one for nearly a month away. This is obviously not a prompt care facility.

Terrible place to go This used to be a great place to go but now you have to wait in line behind all the truckers who are there for their drug tests. Karen the office manager is RUDE. I had to call back 3 times to get my test results when I thought I had a kidney infection. I do not recommend going here unless you are desperate.

A great place to go in an emergency! Proctor First Care is a great place to go if you're having an emergency or you just need some medical care. Alot of people (like me), don't have a regular doctor. This is a great place to go if you need to be seen by a routine doctor just to get a quick prescription. If you call ahead and get an appointment, you hardly have to wait! I have never had a problem with the care I received at Proctor First Care.
