I recently had an experience with Proctor fire that was exceptionally professional not only were they there early to the job instead of trying to sell me a new extinguisher they recharged the one I had and saved me a ton of money Robert Proctor was very professional and courteous I recommend them to anybody that has fire extinguisher exit signs or anything that has to do with fire safety five star service

Literally called them an hour before showing up asking if they would be in the office. I get here, knock on the door, no one to be seen or heard. I’ve been waiting an hour and still nobody has answered the door or called me back. This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I’d give 0 stars if I could
The WORST company! We scheduled Proctor to come out and service many of our fire extinguishers and they missed 4 of them. When I contacted the company to let them know, the gentleman was very rude and hung up on me. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Will never use them again!
