My kids and I look forward to our Saturday farmers market trip, rain or shine! We love the proctor market and all the fresh meats, vegetables, and fruits that now make up most of our weekly groceries! I also love talking with the farmers about how much we enjoy their food. Such a wonderful market with great people and farmers that take great pride in producing quality food!
Someone should do a coffee/tea stand! Like a local brew/company? It feels a little odd to carry my local/organic/farmer's market goodies in one hand and my Starbucks in the other. Even the Met is a chain (although a local one, so that's better).
