I was told maintenance don’t wanna fix the issue to the Dock #8 for receiving , locking Hook to the dock is broken so I was told Just to back up they would still unload me 😒 do better P&G ,fix the dock locking hook or put it out of service and fix it 😒
First time at this location, this company business in heart of CINCINNATI,OH city. If you have sami truck, must be Tendum move all the way front, then very easy to back on dock. Otherwise little hard. Receiving guy are nice, helpful, even im late, coming after hrs. They Receiving close at 3.30pm. I came 4.05pm. They take my load. God bless you bro. They load and unload very quick. Receiving office right close to docks.
Recieving staff was very nice. Unloaded the truck pretty quick.
It is tight backing in off the alley or road. Quick unloading and very nice folks.
