Good food, Good people!
Yo when I say i was shocked and how good that food smelled in my car! And when I had some it blew my mind. 10 of if ten. The mac and cheese could of been less grease but other then that it was busting. The wings with homies sauce was banging
I got a 6 piece wing plate with onion rings. The wings were large, meaty, juicy, well seasoned, and not greasy at all. I got them on my way home from work and was able to eat them in the car, all without having grease dripping everywhere. I have gotten chicken from restaurants that didn't have as much meat on them as Procs wings. Hands down the best chicken wings I've ever had.
Today was a family outing to the Upstate Food Truck Rodeo Rally. No horses or rodeo, but it was a nice pleasantly cool day to hang out. There were several food trucks there . I decided to eat from Proc’s Kitchen. The family was very nice and friendly. I ordered a grilled beef ( comes with 2 hotdogs with chili)hotdog plate. The plates come with your choice of two sides.
