I have a near vertical roof, Mike went over all the options with me. Then I had issues with insurance which Mike was very helpful with. All in all my roof looks amazing and Mike was very helpful every step of the way.
AMAZING job done!!! I've gotten more compliments on my roof than ever! Just had to call Mike, had a leak, turned out to have nothing to do with the job they did. Mike came and fixed it for me!!! Awesome work and customer service!!! Will definitely recommend!!!

Mike returned our call on the same day and came to inspect our roof as soon as the weather allowed. He was professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and honest. He was able to repair our leak with minimal disruption to the existing roof. We would highly recommend ProCrafters Roofing of Marshalltown to our friends and will definitely use them when our roof needs to be replaced.
I highly advise not to go through this slum company. My roof is new through them. My whole house is leaking and they will not come out to even look. He was very rude and hung up on me. I'm very upset being the shingles are the highest quality on the market and ProCrafters fb says "5 years no complaints". This is going to now be a struggle that I don't need. Be warned!
