Home inspection with Ken was a smooth process. He answered questions my buyers had and he explained throughly to them. He was very professional and I look forward to working with him again for my future buyers.
Nice. Prompt. Available. Pass on them. Not thorough. Missed a huge hole in the roof (more than one) and other things. Luckily it was found by someone else. The excuses used after were “not safe for inspector to climb roof” then use a ladder and inspect both sides while on a ladder… will they say something similar when they need to inspect a crawl space or attic?
