was told over the phone that my issue would be covered 100% and to hire a listened contractor to do the work then send the invoice to submityourclaim.net. did so that day. then I was denied the claim because this company does not honor what any of their representatives say over the phone. I'm out hundreds of dollars now. when it comes to plumbing they will only cover if a planning line breaks. they do not cover any clogs of any sorts or any septic related issues what so ever. they said the rep who promised me things over the... read more
