Luke and his team were an absolute dream to come in and finish what had previously been an absolute nightmare of an ADU project. Great comms, great attitude, and always with an eye to doing great work while trying to stay on budget. Will definitely use again!

We never thought about how much goes into building a home before starting this process with ProCraft Builders & James Zanatta, but I am here to tell you it is stressful but also rewarding in the end. We hired James Zanatta/Pro Craft Builders of Spring Hill to build us a house in Rural Hernando County in 2021. He built the house and we moved in in early 2023, 20 months after signing our contract. James comes on strong but as the job progressed you could see that he was just ready to be done and did not seem to oversee his subcontractors.
