James and his tea did an exceptional job in the renovation of by bathroom. I had water damage and it was stressful but James came, gave a fair price and completed the work and the bathroom looks great! I cant thank him and his team enough for the work completed. All were very professional and respectful. I highly recommend Pro Craft Builders for any project you may need help with.
We hired James Zanatta/Pro Craft Builders of Spring Hill to build us a house in Rural Hernando County in 2021. He built the house and we moved in in early 2023, 20 months after signing our contract. James comes on strong but as the job progressed you could see that he was just ready to be done and did not seem to oversee his subcontractors. We are so very happy with our new house that ProCraft built for us. We are enjoying the comfortable, functionality and style of their Belita model. The quality of the work is above expectations and it was a pleasure working with James! There are a lot of builders to choose from and we are glad we selected ProCraft to build our forever home.
Luke and his team were an absolute dream to come in and finish what had previously been an absolute nightmare of an ADU project. Great comms, great attitude, and always with an eye to doing great work while trying to stay on budget. Will definitely use again!
Great builder and affordable prices. They start at $213,100.00.Bobby's father built my house over 18 years ago & it still is in amazing condition. I still have the original roof, a/c unit, and exterior paint!!! A++
