I agree, I called the pro comm office October 2010, emialed them Jan 2011 and no respose. I have called a few times since then and I keep getting "we will call you back" they never do. Any issues that i had since 2010 have not been resolved. I will keep trying, I bet If I have an outstanding balance they might talk to me. But want there money first. PROCOMM WHAT ARE YOU DOING FOR US HOME OWNERS! We do pay your salary.

Not to mention they outrageous fees, I begin to wonder what in the hell are they associating with---further more if we as tenants of this community was established with so many rules and limitations to what we can and can not have in our driveways. Procomm really does have terrible customer service. It took a few days for me to get in contact with someone even after leaving voice mails. I lost my key to our Ammenities are and needed a new one. When you purchase a home you receive them for free at the sales office in your neighborhood. If you lose yours you have to travel to their office to get a new one. Why? I dont mind paying the \$15 dollar fee but why cant I just purchase it from the sales office? I have to drive 45 min to their office where i waited for an hour wh... read more

I agree with all the comments below. We had a bbq pit in our driveway for less than 24 hours waiting for it to cool down before we could store it away and a letter was sent the next day. I immediately called and it took them 4 full business days for anyone to return my cal...l but they have no problem churning out letters. When I finally got to speak to the assoc mgr she couldnt even give me an answer when I asked for dates of the last and next homeowners assoc meeting so I could discuss my concerns. Procomm managment has always been rude, slow in responding, and never clarify issue(s) - each year they come up with more ways to charge you extra and then say you were late paying yearly fees so they can charge again the next year for previous year. their website to pay is ridiculous and they charge you just to pay them.
