This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I purchased a new furnace 3 months ago that is leaking and will not ignite. They don’t honor their warranty, or the extended warranty I purchased. There is nobody to answer the phone and their email customer is useless. I just initiated a BBB report and claim against them.

World's worst customer service! Less than one star. I ordered a ventless gas log fireplace insert, the furnace and log set. The severely damaged box was left on my porch while I was out of town despite their policy of requiring a signature for delivery. It seems to work as it should but it came with a broken log, one of the 3 main logs and it looks pretty pathetic without it. Zero really anyway. Over 2 hours on hold to get information on their product. Thank God I have not bought anything from these people. Checked BBB profile and they have a F rating. I am going to avoid them like the plague.
