It took over a month to schedule the job for the house. The tech showed up and left in 20 minutes because I didn't answer my cell phone. There were people in the house cleaning and the didn't attempt to enter. I called back and was told it was to late the tech was already going to another job

Technician completed all the steps that he/she supposed to complete at the time when customer is not home and not picking up the phone. Technicians arrived on time and was not able to find the entrance to the house since the house is attached to big commercial size building. I purchased dryer vent cleaning from this company on 3/29. The instructions on their website indicate to purchase online and then call or text with the order number to schedule the cleaning. After receiving the order number, I called and was informed that the earliest cleaning could be scheduled was May. I informed the woman on the phone that this would not work because I live in a homeowner's association that requires this be completed by April 15. This company is awesome! I used them every time I need to clean air ducts, chimney or dryer vent, they never let me down. Always professional, always friendly, I know John and Alex for many years now, even though sometimes a new tech comes to my place. We were fortunate to have John as our technician! He was very polite, informative, and efficient from the moment he rang our doorbell to the moment he left the home. Hi , I used this company for Air duct and dryer vent cleaning, technician didnt do his work properly. he left the lint and mess around and the dryer vent was not connected properly, I called the business back, there were no apologies or refund. Will not recommend anyone to go with this company for any kind of services.

Our Company offered free visit and inspection of the work, customer did not agreed. Also, we do not have an option to hand pick technician for a certain service, technician are chosen by their manager and customer insisted on choosing our technician by herself.
Made an appointment, confirmed both the day before and the scheduled day, they never showed up

When we offered to rescheduled an appointment due to the equipment malfunction on the previous job and offered a discount for the inconvenience, customer refused to reschedule and said that he is going to bill our company for not showing up and that this would be done via customer's lawyer. All of it before we even show up at the customers house. We have stopped any communication with this customer
Amazing service!! The tech showed up on time and provided quality work! All vents and air ducts were cleaned and sanitized and left carpets looking like new!!
