Technician was delayed by about an hour due to complications from prior job but office contacted me ahead of time to advise of delay and new arrival time. Mike was quite thorough in his explanation of the entire process, how long it would take and immediately began to work. He worked efficiently, very organized and methodical and finished the job in exactly the about of time he had indicated at the beginning. Despite the cost being a little pricey, I was still very satisfied with the overall job.
Alex was great. Professional, detailed, and fast. Also, he has a truly impressive understanding of carpet minutiae. He will teach you things you never thought you needed to know about carpets! He was in and out in two hours and our carpets look like new.
