The guy showed up and said that if I did not know how the venting worked (where it ran to) he would not clean out the dryer vent. He refused to look around. The manager refuses to call me about this. 5 messages left in 7 days. This company requires you to hold their hand - I would avoid unless you are very mechanical and want to help them do their job for them.
The technician (Sam) was very professional and friendly and explained the process and what we could expect during the process. Overall very happy with their air duct cleaning service.
Better price then competition , good communication, and the tech did a good job onsite.
Air Ducts cleaned . Mike came early. Worked diligently and steadily. Listened to my concerns and addressed them. Kept me informed throughout about what he was doing, and at what stage of work. Did exactly what Proclean said would be done. Very personable and forthcoming. Overall very good experience
