I had a fantastic experience with ProClean! Scheduling was super easy, and the team arrived right on time. They worked quickly with minimal disruption to my home, which I really appreciated. Danny did a wonderful job clearing out my dust filled systems and explained the process Very well!
Once the technician arrived the inspection found black mold in my HVAC unit and a couple of the vents. Because of the mold I chose to have the mold remediation treatment completed and UV lights added to my unit. Jose was very helpful and patient with all my questions. He explained everything to me. Jose is very knowledgeable and has many years of experience in this field. The treatment has a five year warranty which is another plus.
Our technician, Danny Rivas, was outstanding. He arrived right on time, clearly explained his findings, provided helpful photos of our system and ductwork, and treated us with kindness and professionalism throughout the visit.
Danny was knowledgeable and efficient. Would definitely recommend him.
