I have been using Pro Clean for years. Initially for cleaning my carpet but due to a hot water heater leak a few years back I had to use them for Mold Remediation. I recently had my carpet cleaned and as always, they were very courteous and professional. I would recommend them highly!

I dropped my area rug off on November 12th it was supposed to be ready this week by Wednesday. Called today and ended up going there and they hadn't even started working on it. I pulled the rug and never got an apology even the owner was there and did not try to make things right.
Pro Clean would do well to better improve its communication to customers concerning potential time frames and costs at the beginning of the contact with customers. Further, Pro Clean employees should not use customer’s equipment without asking permission from the customer. I had Pro Clean at my home, and they used (without asking permission) my spare tile that I had stored in my garage to weigh down plastic that they were using to perform their “service.” When leaving, they also claimed that my broom was theirs.
