Owners are phenomenal. Friendly helpful people. Over a year ago I had a bad accident with a deer and had no idea how to make a claim(I was 21 y/o and just got my own insurance) Justin sat there with me for over an hour and walked me through everyone I needed to call, told me step by step what to do, and made sure i understood the process. I had a lot of damage from tree limbs from a storm on my vehicle. They got me in as quickly as they possibly could and kept me updated on my vehicle the whole time that it was in the shop! When I got my vehicle back it looked amazing. They did a great job. Can't even tell. It's a 2020 vehicle but it looks brand new! Thank you to Justin and his crew!
These guys are very sloppy. They repaired body damage to my driver door (insurance claim) only to create even more damage on the interior panel, they scratched the tint on my window and worst of all, they disrupted the computer software which has now rendered the locking mechanism on my passenger door nonfunctional. If you have e to disconnect the battery and the computer resets the expectation is that you will reset it to its previous condition and not cause the customer more trouble.
