This is the second time I have used ProChek Home Inspections, both times done by Darryl. I am extremely pleased with the way he conducts his inspections, and I love the final report that he provides. The report covers everything that was inspected and then Darryl organizes it into three parts: repairs recommended, information commentary only, and items not inspected and why.
