Buyer for our home used Jim Marty for his inspection of our home, and the report had a lot of inaccurate and false information. Inspector said there were several outlets that didn't work, said a water faucet was stuck closed, was unable to light the pilot for gas heater, claimed siding was bad, said skylights in our home couldn't hold up to snow, and called out multiple safety hazards like the wrong kind of vent for our dryer.
