My experience with ProCharger has been extremely disappointing. The supercharger kit I received was incomplete — the chip was non-functional, and the thermostat, which should have been included, was missing. I have video evidence documenting these issues. Thank you ProCharger i had an order go missing due to fedex admission they knew where they left it, and when they returned my package was missing, i called Calleen stepped right in and got with her team and reshipped the product to me, they are going to deal with fedex. This was a very expensive experiment on my behalf. Fully built chev 350 with stock to mild cam. Good product but not good for truck applications. Boost does not come into play until 4000 RPM so keep that in mind. I tried different pulleys. Different pulleys just increase or decrease boost. If you want boost down low go twin turbo! $8500 for f body kit and been fighting with boost leak as the plenum continues to bend with heat and boost. Contacted procharger and they said that I need to spend another $675 for the metal plenum. What shitty customer service. I will no longer buy any products. If you want cheap parts and bad customer service procharger has it for u!
These guys are great! I sent over my D1-x blower for a full rebuild and their communication was fast and friendly and the service took less then 2 weeks to complete! Thanks!!
