I hired this company to serve legal documents, and the service was never completed. The job was scheduled on April 18, and despite multiple follow‑ups, they did not carry out the service or provide any updates. As of today, they have not returned my payment. I am now having to dispute the charge with my credit card company due to failure to provide the service I paid for. This has been an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience.
