My video quality was so bad. It’s as if it came from the 1970’s. Very disappointing for the money spent. Not only that, we had someone’s fingers in our video. How does this happen from a professional video company. Second, they said go buy your video from this stand and pick it up from another in about 15-20 minutes. I go to the other place to pick up my video I already paid for and guess what!!! Have to wait in another line with people who didn’t pre order! So wait in 2 lines for a crappy video. As a show choir family since 2006......we have bought alot of DVDs and even pictures years ago. We love PROCAT and when you show up.....memories are captured! Thank you so much!
I purchased a video by ProCat from the Shelby County Showcase of Bands. The picture quality of the video is fine, but the sound is absolutely terrible. I could have made a better video with my phone. I expected much better quality for my $27.
