Excellent experience with Pro Carpet Paul and Dena ! Arrived on time and took extra care in dealing with the issue with my carpet. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get carpet installed, fixed or however many other magical things this man can do ! Super impressed with how it looked in the end and I love that there are still hard working good honest individuals out there doing this kind of trade. Bless you both.
Had a great experience with Dena & Paul from ProCarpet. They were knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with. And they did a great job on our three bedrooms in one day. Would definitely use them again.
We've used Dena and Paul on two separate occasions now and they are always quick, friendly and amazing to work with! We used them to clean the carpets in our condo before selling. I had tired for years myself renting carpet cleaners from home depot, but some how Dena and Paul made my 10+ year old carpet look brand new, leading to a quick sale. Now in our new home, we called them to replace our basement carpets and couldn't be happier!

Very happy with the workmanship and professionalism. Paul and Dena showed up when promised and were super careful when bringing in carpet rolls, tools, etc. The work scope was replacing carpet on basement stairs and family room. Paul encountered an issue on the stairs that would have prevented a clean, tight finish so he took the time to remediate the problem.
