Paul and Dena were awesome to deal with from start to finish. From helping us choose the right runner to the final installation, everything went smoothly. Paul is super picky (in the best way) and takes a ton of pride in his work. He made sure the runner was installed perfectly and didn't leave until he was happy with every detail. Their pricing was competitive, everything was completed on time, and the quality of the work was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend ProCarpet to anyone!

Paul and Dena are unique when you go looking for someone right to advise you on your carpeting needs. We moved to a home that needed carpet work but we werent sure what kind. They gave us honest advice and did flawless work. Previous owners had cats so there was damage on the carpets but the carpet was in somewhat decent condition. I always have a fantastic experience with Pro Carpet. Their shop-at-home service makes the entire process so easy and convenient. They bring a great selection of samples directly to you, which makes choosing the right carpet for the space and lighting much easier than visiting a showroom. Paul and Dena are professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. Installation is always seamless and the final results looks amazing!
We have used them on more than one occasion, mainly for carpet cleaning but at one time, also for some stretching. Paul and Dena are simply amazing and I would highly recommend them. Very nice couple to deal with and do a great job every time nat our home in Burlington.
