Very happy with the workmanship and professionalism. Paul and Dena showed up when promised and were super careful when bringing in carpet rolls, tools, etc. The work scope was replacing carpet on basement stairs and family room. Paul encountered an issue on the stairs that would have prevented a clean, tight finish so he took the time to remediate the problem. Paul and Dena were fantastic in repairing the broken transition piece we had from our basement carpet into our laundry room. Paul's expertise showed pretty quickly as he identified a second transition piece incorrectly installed, and promptly said needed to be fixed. Overall we are very pleased with the service, the quality of repair but also the human aspect of it all. They were both so friendly and arrived so quickly. It really makes us want to recommend them to anybody that's considering using them. Thanks!!
I couldn’t be happier with my choice to use Paul and Dena! The job was done on time and within budget.
