Pleasant experience and affordable. The ultrasound tech was very nice and walked me through the process. The imaging service was more thorough than the one I received prior. I highly recommend this facility.
I came here for a Ultrasound for my gender reveal with doctor Melinda and paid out of pocket while in the back room me and my finance ask her numerous of times was she sure about the gender of the baby being that we were spending $95 bucks there and she responded yes more then one time fast forward too now she was completely wrong about the gender she said it was boy whole time it was a girl , I called the office and they basically saying they can’t do no refund or anything about it also while being there they Wi-Fi was not ... read more
Highly rated for a reason! We drive across town to get our imaging done here because our doctors have said it’s the best imaging they have seen, because the prices are fair, and because the service is so professional. If you need imaging done, this is THE PLACE to go!
I had a great experience at ProCare Ultrasound. I made a same-day ultrasound appointment to check on my baby and calm some anxiety I was having. Every person at this facility was so nice and attentive. From the front desk staff to the ultrasound tech, they couldn't be any nicer! Melinda is who did my ultrasound and she was so patient and made the whole experience very calming, which I needed through my anxiousness. I can't rave enough about this location and plan to go back for other ultrasounds!
I wouldn’t recommend anybody this place!! I came in Saturday morning (today), the lady in the front desk was nice, but when I got to the back with the blonde short hair ultrasound tech, thats when my experience got ruined. She was very unprofessional and not welcoming at all. She didn’t even greet me she just told me to sit down. When I asked about the baby’s well being it was just a plain “ I don’t know” or “I THINK it is” for example , I asked if the baby’s heart beat was normal, she simply just replied “I think so”.
